Shipping

The shipping fee will be free of charge on all your order from this site within Japan. For international shipping, all orders over ¥50,000JPY will be shipped free of charge. International orders under ¥49,999JPY will be charged ¥5,000JPY.

The international shipment usually takes about a week to be delivered and comes with tracking number.

We cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes for all international orders. They may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices for more information.

KEI SHIGENAGA produces all jewelry by the hand of designer Shigenaga himself in Tokyo.
For that reason, when we have a high volume of orders, it sometimes may take extra days to be shipped.

日本国内での作品オーダーの発送料は無料、海外発送の場合、お会計の合計額が50,000円以上の場合は送料無料、49,999円以下の場合5,000円の送料をチェックアウト時にお支払い頂いております。

KEI SHIGENAGAのジュエリーは全て東京のスタジオにてデザイナー重永が一人でハンドメイドで制作しております。そのためオーダーが多い時期には本来の予定納期に間に合わない可能性が御座いますことをご理解いただけますと幸いです。

Resize

If you have trouble with the size you ordered on our website, you may return to resize within seven days after the arrival for a free resizing fee.

You must contact us at info@keishigenaga.com before you ship your item. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept your request for any reason. 
We will cover the shipping fee of up to 3,000JPY for international customers.

If you requested your specific size at the checkout, it will be in charge starting from 5,500JPY(depending on the items and situation) with a shipping fee.

If you need to resize after seven days, or purchased at our stockist, we can accept resizing with the charge as well.

Please contact us either case if you need resizing your piece.

 
当サイトで作品をご購入いただいたお客様に限り、作品のサイズが合わなかった場合は商品到着後7日間以内にご連絡いただければ無償にてサイズのお直しをさせて頂きます。また、サイズ選択の際にご希望のサイズをリクエストされたオーダーのサイズ直しに関しては有償となります。(下記参照)

商品到着7日経過後、正規取扱店にて購入されたKEI SHIGENAGAの作品、ご希望サイズでオーダーされた作品に関してのサイズ直しは有償で承らせて頂きます。

有償でのサイズ直しの金額は作品や変更するサイズなど、状況により異なりますが税込5,500円~のお見積もりとなります。またサイズ直しの際に発生する往復送料のご負担をお願いしております。

サイズ直しのご依頼の際には作品の発送前に必ずinfo@keishigenaga.comまでご一報頂き、内容のご相談をお願い致します。
メールの内容を確認し次第、ご連絡をさせて頂きます。

 

 

Refund & Return

All of our jewelry is handmade in limited quantity, and it takes time and number of process to finish one piece. It takes about three to four weeks for the item to be shipped (It depends on the item, and please check item page for the details). Therefore refunds and returns are not acceptable.

If our jewelry is damaged or broken during the process of shipping, please contact at info@keishigenaga.com. All items are sent from Tokyo, Japan.

 

全ての作品は幾つもの工程がハンドメイドで製作されている為、発送までにお時間をいただいており、返金、返品はお受け致しかねます。(納期は作品毎に異なりますので各アイテムページの説明欄をご覧ください。)予めご了承ください。
万が一、発送時における破損、紛失等ありましたら、お手数ですがinfo@keishigenaga.comまでご連絡をお願い致します。
